Interesting on the clean out plugs not having a good seal. I typically don't get cavitation. However, I noticed in two different scenarios I was getting it under load. Thought it odd, being I normally don't get it. Gonna check my clean out plug now.

good timing on bringing this thread back to life. I witnessed some very slight cavitation when spooling up this weekend. about 5-6K RPM. starboard side only, then ended after on plane.

I'll have to try this. probably a good time to buy/inventory a plug kit anyways...
