I just wanted to share this little story about a charger purchase I made thru @ChargerGuy (Jason).

I purchased a ProMariner Prosport 2-bank 12A back on June 2. I bought it thru ChargerGuy's eBay store.

The charger arrived and I installed it in the boat.
Well this Saturday I noticed that it was no longer working. Don't know when it quit, but didn't notice it till then. I pm'd Jason on Sunday. Much to my surprise, he immediately got back to me. After running thru some "trouble shooting" tests and determining that it was toast, I contacted him late Monday morning that the ProSport was dead. He informed me that the ProSport 12 was out of stock and he would upgrade me to the 2 bank 20A model instead.
Come home from work today to find UPS delivered the charger. Keep in mind - I just talked to Jason yesterday.

Incredible customer service.

If any if you guys are looking for a charger, I can't recommend ChargerGuy enough.

Are the chargers brand new or refurbished ?

All my chargers are used or refurbished. All are factory tested and at 50-75% off MSRP.
I back all of them for 90 days - 1 year, depending on the charger.
