Check engine Light

Just fired up my Scarab 165 after being stored all winter, engine was fogged. I have a check engine light on with an error code of P060D. Can anyone tell me what that code is and possibly how to fix it? Thanks.

Throttle issue. Check all connections first. Your throttle lever pulls on a cable that goes towards the front of your boat. Somewhere behind the gauges is a throttle sensor. I'd check that connection. Also check the throttle body at the engine and connections in general.

If all connections check out, then it could be the sensor itself malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. Not very common in my experience.

Software like BUDS or Candoo Pro can also be helpful if you have it. It allows you to check the throttle sensor and how it responds.
