Can someone supply a photo of the clean out tray with the gasket?

I was noticing my clean out tray is always filthy (seems to primarily be the black dust from the soon to be replaced hydroturf). Upon reviewing the below diagram (#18) it appears a gasket should be present. At some point in time It appears the prior owner removed it. So I am looking for a frame of reference as to how it’s installed and what the benefit would be in replacing it. (It’s rather inexpensive).

The gasket helps keep excess water from getting the area where the jet plugs are. Although there is small drain in there. I would spend the money and replace it. I believe it come with adhesive on the one side , pull off liner and stick, but not positive
