Close call with a tree

Had a close call with a tree falling over at our river property over the weekend. We just pulled in from pulling the kids on the tube, went inside to start dinner and my niece comes running in saying she hears a tree cracking and its about to fall over. As soon as I stepped outside on the deck, the tree started to fall. As you can see on the video, it was so close to hitting the boat. There are a bunch of trees we've been talking about cutting to clear the land for a bigger new house in a couple of years. I guess this one decided it was that on its own.

Wow, close call. So glad everyone and the boat are ok. Maybe time for the tree surgeons to assess?

For sure, I'm calling this week for an assessment first and then cutting everything that needs to be cut.
