Cobra jet steering options

Hi folks,

recently bought my first boat, Searay F16, Mercury Jetboat 120hp xr 1995/6. I can't steer the boat at all, also can't drive in reverse as it always goes forward. I found out that hydraulic rods connected to impeller are broken, both left and right.
Wondering if any body could help me find those parts, at least part numbers or any help would be greatly appreciated.

The big issue is those boats ,pumps and engines are not available nor have they been for many years so the power head is a force outboard as for the parts you need, I would start searching maybe you can locate some used parts your terminology is confusing as there is only 1 impeller probably the steering cable and reverse bucket cable are broken www.SBTontheweb.com may have some of those cables or similar ones

I may not have explained it well, there are two things broken, one a bit sturdy rod connected to impeller/tail and a very thin hydraulic pipe connected to impeller on the other side. Facing boat, sturdy rod is on left side and thin pipe on the right side. I have attached pictures which might help to explain/understand.

reverse cables, one is broken in 2 and the other looks like it is missing the bolt that attaches it to the reverse bucket now look for the cable that attaches to the steering nozzle

Wondering if you could please offer any help to find part numbers for the broken ones.
