Cost of Extended Warranties - Engine, Electronics, Surface Protection

We have a 2022 252 SD.

Anyone willing to share thoughts (privately if you prefer) on cost and years for the following packages?

Do we have to go through the selling dealer?

Engine - both engines - out to 5 years - $2750

Electronics - out to 8 years - $1900

Surface Protection - interior and exterior - 5 years - $2000.

Are these 3rd party or Yamaha?

If 3rd party be aware they tend to be difficult to execute claims when the time comes....

Good question - I assumed Yamaha on Engine and Electronics. I will need to ask.

I would NEVER trust a 3rd party warranty. Been burned badly in the past. Usually they are nothing more than insurance policies! Also, remember if it is a 3rd party, they cant legally call it a warranty. Warranties can only be made by the manufacturer.
