Has anyone picked a boat that was made coming out of Covid? Does all look well? I'm picking up a new boat Saturday, just delivered, so I'm expecting is was was mading the covid period and parts shortages. It may either be very high quality and workmanship because there wasn't much going on, or be a 2019-2020-2021 conglomeration of what every they had sitting in the factory to finish off to boat and ship them! Super stoked on getting the boat, just want ot make sure all it good. Also saw some threads about others getting a extended Warranty from the factory -- if that common right now?

We're going to have a generation of boats following the wisdom of Johnny Cash:

Mine was built in February 2020 just ahead of COVID and it seems well made, runs like a dream, etc. There's just a few minor gelcoat nicks and the Fusion head unit has a loose screw after being removed 2 times now and the mounting surface is not flat so the gasket is not making a tight seal. The gelcoat is not an issue and can be buffed out. The Fusion head unit will be getting a marine compound "fix" for the screw and a bead of white silicone around the mounting hole to seal her up good. The cleanout port tray is not sealed well so a bead of silicone there too.
Other than that, very happy with the boat.
