depth finder

piggybacking on a depth finder question. Without turning on the engines, how do I view the depth? I tried turning the engine to on without starting but I didnt see anything in the gauges?

Did you try both engine start switches? Mine was only connected to the starboard start switch.

Yeah, should just have to turn one key to the on position. That will turn on the "house" power (unless someone modified your boat's electrical system).
