Driving slow in the left lane....major pet peeve....

We are not allowed to change lanes to the right and pass. If you are already in the right lane you can pass a car on the left legally.

But I thought on the US interstate's you could over/undertake anyhow?...

Having cut my teeth on expressway driving in Detroit (after growing up in a place where there were no 4-lane roads), I can tell you that if you're going to let a little thing like the LAW change your driving habits, you probably won't fit in...

Failure to keep right 39:4-88 I'm not in a big town with highways so I have never written this, but some of the NJSP guys I know have.
