End of season storage - full tank or meh?

I have been filling the tanks for over 20 seasons of boating and using Marine stabil and star tron and have never had a fuel related issue. It could be luck but its easy to fill up so why not do it, also while I drive to and from the gas station I brake a bunch of times so most of the rust comes of the rotors then I jump under the trailer with ospho in a small container and brush it on the rotors. This helps slow the acidic reaction from the salt water on the metal rotors if left untreated they keep oxidizing and blow up by the spring and rip the pads apart when the boat is moved or the breaks are applied.
