"new to me" 2008 212x - it seems the engine flush connection & entire hose assembly is missing from the boat. Port side appears to be in place including the port attachment. I run exclusively in fresh lake water in Ohio. Any advice or concerns about NOT having that flush ability as it currently stands. Could always have the Yamaha dealer I plan to store in the offseason install the missing components (I have a running list now of things that need fixed, updated, corrected). Thanks guys.

In my opinion you do not to replace this until the end of season when you change oil. No need to flush if you are using the boat in fresh water as long as there are no contaminates.
