Stereo can't be controlled through the touch screen on my brand new 212x. It syncs with my phone and I can play music and control stereo through phone. No other features on the radio work. Thankfully I can silence the alarm, but it turns back on after a few minutes only to be silenced again by pushing the button. What gives?!
 
Fixed it. Pulled and blew on all the radio's connections. I believe one was loose. Everything works once again.
