Exhaust seal falling off

While I was tightening up my transom straps I notice this seal hanging off by the exhaust port by the jet pump. It looks and feels like regular old silicone. Can anyone confirm that? Anything i need to know to reseal it other thanthe obvious?

It's just excess sealant. You should be fine.
