First Smoke - Brisket

My first real smoke. I got this new grill, gas on the left and charcoal on the right. There is an extended smoke box available to add to the far right. I chose to smoke with charcoal on the left side of the charcoal grate. I put a pan for drippings on the left under the brisket.

It turned out great. Looking forward for more smoking adventures!! Brisket.jpg

Sure didn't, Jack. By the time I finished the pork sliders, I barely got to sample 2 or 3 different things. (too much taste testing) lol.
