Were they installed? Were you able to remove them without damage? If so that is very impressive!

Yes, they were installed when the boat was built.

Mine came off clean like that too. I agree with your theory that the colder climate may have been the reason our hydro-turf came off so easily. Mine was still in pretty good condition before I took it off. I think that might have helped as well.

All of mine came off clean like that except one piece. I did mine in January or February when it was cold out which seemed to work well. The one piece that refused to let go was a big pain in the a$$ and took the most time and effort.
