does anyone else find it almost impossible to pull the ladder in and out?
its such a pain i dont even use it. I have tried loosening the bolts but doesnt help.

Ours works well. No problem.

I have loosened and tightened greased the rails nothing works. Its like it is binding on the tracks. Im pushing in straight not at an angle. Idk

No problem with my ladder.

Sounds like something is not right with your ladder we use ours all the time no issues. I have seen people use these ladders at the dealership to load the boat wonder if yours got bent?

Yes. We used ours for the first time this weekend. It sticks a bit.

My ladder was jamming and sticking when I would go to push it back in to storage position. I put a light coating of waterproof grease on it and it worked.

It gets cleaned and lubed after every trip. Only used it once when i forgot to put the plugs in. It worked well but does require a little tug to get it out.

Heh. I was reading this and thought dam, my ladder sucks too. And then realized OP is who I bought the boat from. LOL. Guess it's always been like this. I plan on playing with it next time I pull her out of the water.

I clean mine after every trip with fresh water, spray a little silicone spray, open and close it even if it wasn't used. The more you use it the better it works I think.

We have not had any issue with ours. I would contact the dealer.
