Greetings…my 2007 Speedster is slow

I’m new to this website. I have a 2007 Sea Doo Speedster 200 with twin 155s NA. This boat is slow. Yesterday I installed new wear rings and Solas impellers - supposedly custom pitched for higher top end speed. I’m only getting about 32 MPH at top speed even with the new wear rings and impellers. The twin 155s run nice - no mechanical noises or stuttering. This boat should be capable of more speed. Correct? Thanks in advance for any advice or help.
