Normal. It's just extra silicone from the exhaust. All new boats puke it out eventually. You've now been Yamaha baptized. Carry on about your day! 
BTW We REALLY need to create a sticky of things to expect for a new Yamaha jetboat owner. This is one of those things along with trash and extra fasteners in the bilge lol.

Normal, no worries. Some people redo the whole exhaust outlet, like @gmtech16450yz. But he is nuts, hehe.
