Ok so I went out to put the trash at the curb this morning when a bright light in the sky took me away , when I woke up I found myself at the beach with my van and my p w c's , the weather was 80 and the water 70, Those damn aliens sure know how to make me go jet ski riding when I really had other things to do.
several pictures were out in the Gulf of Mexico and one was of the Egmont channel by the skyway bridge. And no snow in sight I might add.

Starting to look better and better every year.

And no state income tax, that was another reason to escape from Taxachusetts . However we do have out share of MORONS . Look at what our shell preserve people did to one of our islands, This is known as sister key it is near Bunces pass,, Those fools vandalize the islands trying to remove the Australian pine trees They did this a while back on the main island but at least they cut most of the trees up into fire wood for campers to use. When my kids were in school we would camp on those islands for two weeks every June as soon as they were out for summer vacation.
This looks more like criminal mischief than conservation . And the idiots left one tree standing just waiting for a storm so it can crash down on some unsuspecting civilian pic 13 . I get infuriated each time I see what they did to the place. I took a bunch more so I can send them to the county commission before someone gets hurt by the one tree that they cut and left standing, this was done weeks ago but they never cleaned the mess up . I realize the trees are not native but they actually help the islands and prevent our state flower from growing, The sand spur! It makes no sense to me.

That's why I'm in a nursing home LOL just try to keep up with me.

Yes yes... someday... well, actually, I"ll be retiring to Kentucky/Tennesee. I can visit friends and family or the East coast, or Florida with a decent drive.

I had to get outta RI, couldn't deal with such congested population anymore.
I have so much more room to breath now in Eastern NC

Hey, not to sound like I'm trying to one-up you, but it was 17 degrees F this morning on my way in to work. It warmed up to a balmy 34.

Like I said, not trying to brag or anything...

Oh yeah: I was born in 1971. I sure hope I'm going as strong as you are 20 years from now!

Here is my secret DON'T DRINK at all, NEVER EVER DO DRUGS , NO SMOKING and bribe the nurses when you want to sneak out of the nursing home.

@Cobra Jet Steering LLC You say dont drink, but at 65 you seem to be intoxicated by the fountain of youth. I get the no drugs and smoking, but I take a couple beers to thin my blood. The hard part is staying away from the legal drug dealers and their prescriptions. Glad you are happy in paradise, I know my folks are. My dad has been out fishing the last two days. Better PT for knee replacement than cribbage. Oh BTW watch out for that nursing home food, I hear they spike it with saltpetre.;)

Damn they lied to me ,, they said it was Viagra

@Neutron this is a picture of me when I was in my early 40's and a second picture of another reason I moved to Florida. That is the only one I can post on here LOL..

This was me in 1972 when I visited my younger brothers in L A just before I moved to Florida I was deciding between there or FL . L A was not for me. My one brother Marc to my right in the picture sadly just passed away from colon cancer at only 57. So You just never know, and one reason that when the bright light in the sky is shining down on me I often just go hit the water and enjoy another glorious day in FLORIDA.

Sorry to hear about your brother @Cobra Jet Steering LLC 57 is way to young. I just found out my brother in TX has the dreaded disease. He's never been hospitalized since birth and now in a fight for his life.

Where in Mass did you live Jeff?

Sorry about your brother I had cancer myself about 7 years ago . Had surgery and so far so good but you never forget the shock you feel when you first learn what it is.
I lived in WEBSTER and I had my first boat on the lake when I was just a kid .
