Getting mine done today, what I thought was a small scratch turned into a much more expensive job. I also am using insurance as the quote came to around $1600. They had to cut a hole in the front locker floor to do the proper repair.

Did you get a chance to look into that hole in the locker floor? I'm wondering how much space there is between the locker floor and the hull so I can sink a couple screws in

Coda to the coda:

Today (my birthday), got a call from my repair guy that the boat is done and ready to be picked up. Went up and the bottom is pristine. A lovely job. Northwest Fiberglass Conroe -- write it down if you are in the area. Looks very good, no hollow sounds, and a very clean pick up!
Nice!
