Ahoy! So this probably seems like a weird question, but it's my first time purchasing a boat (have bought several airplanes tho). Next month I'm going to test and possibly buy from Cycle Springs. Do these guys negotiate? Or are the prices fixed. Is it like buying a car, where the sticker price is inflated? Does it matter if you finance or pay cash? Any advice would be appreciated by a newbie.

Yamaha dealers generally don't reduce the sales price much on current model year. You can usually get some off prior model year. Where you can negotiate is the add ons from the dealer such as warranty, safety equipment, fins etc...

Cycle Springs is a great dealer. I had a good experience in purchasing a Seadoo Pwc there.

I am in the process of purchasing a new boat. Between the two closest dealers one added right at $3000 in fees (freight, prep, docs). The other one added no fees. Guess which one is delivering my boat this week?

They should also throw in vests, mooring cover, safety kits, dock lines upgraded trailer, upgraded speakers etc etc. I got all that and more.
