How old is too old??

I would imagine a compression test would be worthwhile... Yamaha requires one on a newer boat if transferring the warranty to a different owner.

In my opinion, $28k for a 2006 or earlier is way too much when there are 2007 (model design change) and later that may not be pristine but will clean up well for that price and way less!
I am sitting on Lake Keuka in western New York on a 2007 AR230 I would not sell for any price because it meets my needs and has in 16 seasons not cost me anything in repairs (upgrades costs-now that is another story-Thanks Ronnie)
