How to detect overheat potential before it happens??

Prototype Deployed. Still learning quite a bit, but I have 6 temp sensors available (two installed on the water outlet, the other four are only reading air temp at this time.), plus the battery voltage meter. We'll see what the winter brings. I made it so it switches to that Yamaha logo display when it's shut off.
