I need some help 2013 190

My buddy has a 2013 Yamaha 190. The boat starts and runs fine. None of the gauges work, no blower, no bilge, no navigation light, no horn. What could it be? Is there a master fuse for the entire dash? No loose wires on battery he checked that.

Just took a look at the service manual and from what a quick review reveals is there are only 9 fuses for the entire boat , it looks like only 2 or 3 may affect the dash, the rest all tie into the fuel pump or starter, so I would assume if they were blown the engine would not run.... has he pulled the fuse box cover and checked each fuse for seating and/or fuse condition. I have the entire service manual if you/he needs it, just PM me and I will try to email it to you if you need it. Also has he checked the circuit breakers by the ignition switch? The wiring harness may need a look at for connections and corrosion.
Sorry no definitive answers but without a YDIS, it may be a lengthy troubleshoot, good luck...
