Pulled my Yamaha LS2000 out of the garage last night. I installed the battery and turned on blower. It ran for a minute and died and nothing worked. I bought the boat last year and it worked well. Stored the battery in the house. This morning I went out intending to get a new battery, but tried it one more time. The port engine turned over and started pretty quickly. I ran it with water for a few minutes to flush out engine. Starboard ignition does nothing. Could it still be the battery? Maybe I am missing a connection? I have 3 negative and 3 positive connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not knowing your boat my first thought is a missing or loose connection at the battery
I would disconnect and reconnect everything
Next thought would be a kill switch
