Whats the name of the Restaurant?

Back in the day it was just the bar at Topock, but now that Chet has plunged his entire life into it they had to come up with somethin' fancy, so it's "Topock Spa & Resort"

They plan on building a hotel sort of thing, not sure if it will be an actual timeshare , but they are selling memberships.
