So I just cleaned up both pump shafts and noticed they have grooves rubbed into them from the o-rings on the mid shaft. Is this enough to order new impeller shafts or just clean, grease and let it run?

While I'm sure there is a spec on this from Yamaha, I've had 20 year old SuperJets, Blasters and Waverunners with the same grooves and I just kept cleaning them up, re-greasing and running them.
