I sent my impeller and jet pump to sbt to be rebuilt and they are recommending to replace my impeller because of the splines. I haven't heard any good things about after market. What do y'all think?

I told them to fix mine bc I couldn't find a single positive thing about aftermarket replacements

I agree. I have become very partial to new vs refurbished. If they have to repitch by any significant amount, all your OD specs may go to hell, and they dont usually care.
I bought I think three new OEM impellers from them, couldn't find better price anywhere:

I wish I knew this earlier. I'm having them fix mine. When I reinstall it, if there is any chance it will strip out I'll call them up. Thanks

Honestly - I think you will be fine! I would not worry about those splines - you have plenty left, that will NOT be a problem as long as you can get the impeller on and off the shaft.

I think so too. I did that using a impact gun to remove the impeller the first time when I was stuck. I've removed it at least 15 times since then with no issues. It's just not very pretty to look at.
