Unclear of buttons underneath bilge...blower...light switches and horn...is that some kind of circuit breaker switch?
 
Yes, for your horn to work again reset it by pushing it in. If it continues to pop out there may be a problem that requires further investigation.

Funny my horn on my AR192 is also not working. I have the dealership ordering me another one.
 
Just beside the right (port side) front cleat there is a white vent, that’s your physical horn. You can unscrew it, check wires, and if it needs to be replaced it’s relatively cheap.
