Unclear of buttons underneath bilge...blower...light switches and horn...is that some kind of circuit breaker switch?

Yes, those are resettable breakers

My horn is out now do I need to try resetting that?

Yes, for your horn to work again reset it by pushing it in. If it continues to pop out there may be a problem that requires further investigation.

Funny my horn on my AR192 is also not working. I have the dealership ordering me another one.

Where’s the horn located anyway? I heard you can tap on it sometimes

Just beside the right (port side) front cleat there is a white vent, that’s your physical horn. You can unscrew it, check wires, and if it needs to be replaced it’s relatively cheap.
