Is the beam a true 8’6”

Working on a storage issue. My boat lift fenders are set at 102” and can’t go wider without taking them off, but then the boat is going to get scratched up inevitably. The fenders flex a little but I think it might be too tight. Wondering if the beams on the Yamaha boats are 102” exactly or if that’s rounding up. Thinking of taking off the fenders on just one side.
