I just went and closed at the dealer on a Blue 2020 Yamaha AR210. They are prepping it and I should have it next week or sooner. Already ordered the following mods which should be in soon.

Congrats! I just bought the gray AR210 as well, and am doing the exact same 3 upgrades you're doing first. Post guide-ons with lights, and the bow roller went well.

I'm doing the CJS AK fins install this weekend!

P.S. I also put on and recommend these: Ronix Trailer Guide Post Covers 48" They look sweet and will prevent scuff marks when loading.
I was able to easily cut a circle with regular scissors in the top, to the then slide over my LED caps.

I did those same first mods as you. The cobra fins instructions were a bit confusing for me, I laid out everything like the picture he has in the instructions to organize the parts. Read the parts about the centering the jets and went by the picture of a full install for the most part. I did send a pic to Jeff when I was done, he commented that a couple bolts I had in backwards. I also loosely put everything together before using loctite. Oh, I couldn't find in the instructions the difference between the little aluminum spacers. The longer one goes on the outsides, smaller one inside. Good luck and Jeff will help you if you get stuck.

By far my most annoying first purchase was getting the proper fire extinguisher that works with our fireport to properly extinguish an engine fire. Over $200! (You need a halotron type extinguisher that's at least 5lb). But I figured I should just bite the bullet now and get it over with, it just arrived today.
