I've gone to the deep dark side, please don't ban me bro!

30K off MSRP is nearly 25%, and what I was expecting to get off my Yamaha when i started looking. Only because everyone i've ever talked to says, "you can get a killer deal on a new boat, no one pays sticker." So i go to the boat show, see 62K for the 2016 LS and thinking 50K out the door, not so much as we all know. But I did find a brand new 2015 LS and got it for 55K out the door.

I was originally looking at the Cobolt as well, but even 25% off sticker was out of my range for now. Nice boat.

Gorgeous! You gotta follow your passion. You'll still find your buddies drinking around the keg (aka - visiting the forum)

I have always admired Cobalt, I just had to laugh at their "why props are better than jets" video a few years back and their comments on underwater obstacle avoidance. If you saw it you would understand.

Happy wife, happy life...
@007 , maybe that video is the reason that @Andy S decided to buy the Cobalt?:wideyed:

Congrats on the new Cobalt. That is a beautiful boat and I hope you really enjoy it. Glad to hear you will be sticking around here.
