So I just purchased a 21 AR190. I'll be picking it up in a couple days. Boat has under 10 hrs. I don't believe prior owner did anything with it beside put it in the water a couple of times. I'm wondering what I need to do to make sure everything is tuned, tightened, etc. I don't believe any of this has been done since new. Also looking for input on any recommendations for accessories or mods. TIA.

Congrats! Now you can change your boat make from "boatless" to AR190.

Congrats. I did the 10hr service myself. Besides an oil change, I crawled through the entire boat tightening loose clamps, bolts, etc...

Check that you receive the manual for the boat and trailer, verify that the trailer bearings have enough grease.

look into what's required to transfer the warranty

Boat mods? Use it for 10hrs before you mod anything..... all you need is fenders, dock lines and a safety kit to start having fun.

Ho Lee. You reminded me that I forgot about dock hardware. I just had my dock built and I haven't attached anything other than lights. I need to install cleats and bumpers. I do have some dock lines and life vests but thats about it.

I'll probably do my own 10hr service as well. Hopefully its all covered in the manual.

I second the Cobra's. They make the boat 100% better to handle, specifically at low speeds.
