Ladder for Regal Rush

Has anyone installed a fold-away ladder on a regal rush xp? or any ideas for one?
My kids have a tough time getting back on the boat. I've also removed the rear step on the back so i could install trim stabilizers so i'm sure that doesn't help much. If no recommendations i could always use a rope ladder. Just curious if any ideas out there for something solid.

Rope ladders are terrible. I think so, as my feet always end up under the boat. I put this one on our catamaran a couple of years ago and it is still working great.
