So I have a company retreat in Lake Lure next week for four days I thought about bringing the boat up and tooling around the lake a bit. Trying to figure out if it's worth the 5 hour tow or if I should just pack the golf clubs instead?

I don't think it is very big... I have driven past it and it's pretty from the road. Didn't see many boat. I know u can rent pontoons. Now fontana lake... that place looks cool. Want to make it there one day!

I'd take it. It isn't huge, but big enough to enjoy. Over twice the size of our local lake (according to google), and we enjoy it (our lake) alot. And, not a whole lot of boating weekends left. Pick me up on the way plz. That's a lake I've wanted to hit, but always end up at Fontana instead.
