LED Light strip deals?

I am looking for quality RBG changing LED light strip with wireless remote (kit or purchase separate). also, music controller would be nice.
It does not have to be water proof. Where can I find it online?

I got my RGB light strip from ebay. 16ft for around $40. I bought a music controller from oznium.com. I think it was about $80.

lots of choices on eBay or AliExpress for less than $20 but the quality is a gamble and inconsistent colors.

I get mine off Amazon for around $25. I've had good luck with the SUPERNIGHT brand. They are more consistent in their colors and Amazon is easier with returns if necessary.

@Norboo - Sorry to kind of hijack your thread with a question.

@maboat - One question that I have with most of these kits that I can never find the answer, so I hope you can maybe help me... For these kits, when they are unplugged, do they remember the last settings (color, brightness, setting) or do they go back to some sort of default? Just wondering if they need constant power to remember what it was set to last if power was lost.

There is no definitive answer. Some do and some don't. And its rare to that aspect included in the product description.

The SUPERNIGHT kits I got from Amazon do remember. Some other generics I got on eBay do not.
