I searched around the inter webs and didn't find any answer to my problem so I turn to you - jet boaters who like to keep their boats in immaculate condition.
My wife left a wet life jacket on the seat for a few minutes and the logo transferred to the vinyl.
The following products did not work to remove the stain:
Vinyl Sauce, denatured alcohol, mineral spirits, carb cleaner, bleach, acetone, paint thinner, oxiclean, simple green, invisible glass

Any suggestions from the experts?

i have a helm chair that looks like it was stone washed from a friend whose blue rashguard bled onto it. Spray 9 and a brush barely touched it. i have not tried bleach or a Magic Eraser because they seem too harsh to me. i am waiting for a product to arrive that some people have used and was recommended by @Geoff Cooper a while back. i'll try to remember to post the results here.

i also have a stain from a prior owner where he allowed a Salt Away bottle to leave a "coffee stain" on the rear rear bench seating. that has UV-faded over the past 2.5 years ...maybe it will be gone in two more?

Is that "NO STEP" written on your clean out hatch?

We did the same thing.. Tried everything. What worked was the sun (UV Rays) after a couple of all day outings it was gone. Trust me I am anal about keeping this boat pristine. So no worries the sun will make it disappear.

yeah, i have the tray removed. i put the Garmin depth finder in the OEM spot and epoxied the old one under the starboard waterbox ...among other things. then i got lazy about re-installing the tray (actually thinking of installing a secondary bilge there, too). anyways, i had a few people on the boat when we went scalloping. stepping on it with the tray out puts extra stress on the hinge, so i Sharpied that on for the weekend.

Get to is as good as you can with the product of your choosing, then let the sun do the rest.

Try this stuff https://jetboaters.net/threads/good-results-using-mary-kate-ultra-vinyl-cleaner.10696/. I use it on everything and it cuts right through whatever it is you're wanting cleaned up.

Just yesterday I had to use it on my cover as I noticed some nasty grease was splattered over it. I tried some quick Dawn and water but of course that didn't do much other than smear it on the white cover. So then I grabbed the vinyl cleaner, sprayed it on and wiped the grease right off without any scrubbing, buffing or smearing. I can't recommend this stuff enough.

I had the same issues this weekend.. dawn dish soap and a scrub sponge cleared it right up..
