Stain Removal?

I use my small fiberglass fishing boat back in the mangroves where the salt water is dirty. It leaves a brown film on the outside that is similar to what you have on the inside of your boat. I tried most of the cleaners you tried when someone at the ramp told me to use a particular rust remover. I though, yeah right. I got it from Lowe's and surprisingly it removed the brown stain. May be worth trying. If not you can use for the outside when it discolors .

They see a product at most grocery stores in small bottles its a rust remover like rust aid its just in a small bottle called WINK in a brown bottle.

At this point, I would suggest a light coat of spray paint.
 
A wool bonnet with the cutting compound would be more productive then the brushes.
