Don’t know anything about cobalts but don’t think or just didnt realize that 195s are available new in CA. Generally speaking if Yamaha doesn’t offer a CA version of a boat it cannot be sold new in CA. Here is a screen shot of the 2018 models from Yamahasports plaza . Com.
