Is this the color you have? Spots are bad on mine too.

Good to know the lilpad/mat will fit nicely on the back. One of the reasons I liked this style of boat was the big open platform in the back. Those mats take up some space but everyone loves them. Including myself.

Yup! I set mine on the upper swim deck and strap it to the tower when underway and it stays secure.

Look at the Reef Mat, it is a bit more expensive but you can store in the boat which allows you easy access to the swim platform as well if you are doing watersports.

REEF Inflatable Water Mats | Sturdiest Water Mats on the Market | $ 598.00 | MISSION Boat Gear

Pretty slick. We have one of the foam ones we kept from our last boat (last summer). We'll run it until it's done and might check this out. We have a German shorthaired pointer that we bring with us that likes to jump out on the mat. Wonder if the air up one will hold up to her shenanigans.

Updated opening post to reflect my findings on boat prices right now. Looks like I'm better off waiting until the market corrects itself. Will be a boatless summer for us which sucks, but I feel it's the smarter decision financially.

I wouldn't assume that prices will come down all that much anytime soon. People are switching their vacations from travel to leisure activities like boats and cars.. I don't think international travel will be back to normal for 4 or 5 years.

If you want a boat, I would just buy it. We could all die from a new strain of covid by next year. Probably similar odds to a big market adjustment bringing prices down dramatically.

He needs to update his opening post again, because if you read the thread you’ll see he got a boat after all.

Watch your back. You just committed felony theft. Probably a warrant out for you!

Went and picked her up today. Got a smoking deal on it (from the sound of it) and vas very fortunate to even find one in stock. Thank y’all again for the advice and steering me the right. Definitely helped me make the right decision. Look forward to learning some things here and hopefully contribute some experiences of my own as I learn the ins and outs of this new boat.

How's the Tacoma do pulling it? I have the same truck and are hoping to pick our ar210 up in a few weeks.

Just fine. I have 5.29 gears and an ovtune though. But I also have a bunch of weight with armor and a winch. Way better than the 23’ pontoon boat I used to pull.

Please share when you forget to put the clean out plugs in, place the boat sideways on the trailer, forget to install the drain plug, can't start the boat because the lanyard is pulled out.....This will give us a laugh and share some of the things we have done.
Oh, I forgot, in order to belong here you must suck up a rope.
