Loose cleat ( :( )

Hey folks. I have looked around and found many loose cleat topics. Unfortunately all I was able to find are rear cleats or center. Could you help me to figure out the driver side cleat in the front?

I do not know how to get access to it in my 13 AR190.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would like to help you brainstorm but will need more pics from the interior. I can't figure it out through google images. Was hoping you could go through speaker hole, but not sure.
