My wife and I were out yesterday and our 2024 222SD had been running perfectly. We followed the break in protocol to a T. We left the dock and as soon as we went to hit the throttle after slow/no wake zone, we lost propulsion around 3500 rpm's and felt a vibration. I checked the plugs and all is clear. No error codes on the dash or anything. Any suggestions? I really don't want to take it to the dealer if there are some other simple things to try and fix it.

Something in your pumps or clean out plug came loose, also remember never power up in reverse when unloading your boat as there is usually a lot of trash under the water and doing a power back off can throw that up into your intake grates causing cavitation as you are describing " loss of thrust" or worse.

Yup i agree with Jeff, something is in your pump, sometimes it doesn't take much
