My shower head handle came partially apart in rough water and now the hose sunk down into the cavity and the handle is lost. I don't really use the fresh water shower ever and so not really looking to replace but I am concerned about the open hole where the shower head usually rests. I'm wondering if I'm out in rain as we go boat camping if there's a drainage for that compartment. It's a bit of a beast to get back to where the hose fell in because there's a false panel behind the tank and the pump. Any thoughts?

After looking at it I think I'll be fine with the drainage because the cup holder is right next to it and so there must be a drainage for that as well. Maybe I've answered my own question!

Actually any suggestions for a better use of the space and maybe I just take the whole tank and pump off.
