Manufacturer of 2018 242 seats

I have a 2018 242 that needs a new captain chair. Seat is in backorder and have no expected date.

does anyone have an idea who the manufacturer is? I was thinking to buy one in any color and have a vendor swap the fabric for me.

Do you need the whole seat and pedestal? Or do you need yours reupholstered? There is a guy that sells skins/covers to replace old ones.

The vinyl is perfect, my problem is the frame that is totally busted.
