LOVE Island Life, Beachfront Bargain Hunt, etc. All those HGTV house hunting shows. Lets me live vicariously in someone else's shoes for 30 minutes. Also shows me there are affordable waterfront properties out there.

Me too. I'm trying to get back to island or at least coastal living in some form or fashion. Wife doesn't want to go back to the Caribbean so I watch and dream of finding some kind of compromise that fits in my meager budget.
Plus every now and again they will feature someone searching for a property on my island/country and I get to laugh at how much people are paying for property down there.

I keep telling my wife we're going to move to Mexico on the Yucatan peninsula with all the other expats. That's a work in progress, though.

My Wife and I were talking that we either need a Lake View Home or Ocean View Home down the road, we absolutely love the water, however my Wife does not want to be very far from our Kids and Grandkids - so that rules out a lot of places like Hawaii. I will keep dreaming as well.

I think my wife is playing me. We both love the water and now it has turned into the let's clean out the basement - garage- storage space because we don't want to take it when we move to the lake house - she has me following her all around the house like a puppy!
