I got in on the Jet Boat Pilot group buy last fall and picked up the swim deck kit with the steps and engine cover added. Finally got around to installing it today! I think I got lucky that the old mat wasn’t too hard to get up. Putting in the new mat was pretty easy, just tried to be careful. 3D numbers look pretty good too.

That looks great! Nice job! Now, can you tell me how you got the old mat up? I'm about to start the same project on mine.

I think I got lucky, it came up really clean. I used a heat gun and scraper to lift a corner and then could muscle the rest of the mat off cold, only using heat if I hit a point where it stuck. I think I saw a video where they used an oscillating tool, I was ready to go buy one.
