Memorial Day weekend pics

I'm heading to Lake Powell next weekend so this weekend we smoked some ribs and had water gun fights with the family

Went to Greers Ferry Lake with Friends and friends of friends with several pontoons. Took several of the children for tubing and wake boarding. At the last minute, one of the couples asked if we would take their son on the boat. He soooooo much wanted to go. This little boy sat in the co-pilot seat with his knees on the seat looking out the windshield. He had the biggest grin from ear to ear. This boy is very small for his age, talks very little, and has a port with a wrap covering it. He has to have dialysis on a regular basis. He needs a new kidney. This boy is 9 years old. I took many pictures, but this by far, is my favorite.

We went to Parker in Az, RV camped next to BlueWater Casino. Kept Boat at their nice Marina.
We picked up to new SoulCraft WakeSurf boards just in time for the trip. Big difference in handling and speed.

Spent the Busy parts of the days at the Sand Bar

My Daughter Alli trying out her new board.... It actually scared her went she let go of the rope.... Almost rode into the back of the boat.

Overall a great start to summer

Hey @maboat, how's the water temp on Hubbard? Texoma was tolerable for while for the adults to about waist high. If the sun was out it was nice, but there were clouds most of the weekend. We couldn't keep the kids out of the water though. Even with blue lips and shaking they wouldn't stay out of the water long. Joe Pool is still frigid.

The water was a bit cool but as you said it didn't stop the kids. Sun came out for us later in the afternoon and some of us adults went in. Chilly but tolerable. No complaints as we all know it will be like bath water before the summer is over.

73 last week, 77 this weekend. It was definitely cool.

What a great weekend. Went on the boat all 3 days. Did snorkeling, tubing, eating, and relaxing all in the honor of the ones That Gave All.

Saw more Yammies out this weekend than I did all year last year. So many lost count.

I saw a lot over here by Shell Island as well, we only made it out on Saturday, the wife wasn't feeling good Sunday and Monday, we had planned on going all three days:-/

That's unfortunate. Hope she's feeling better. I guess at least you made it out one of the days though.
