Man. I would love to say it took a long time!! I laid the decal on the plywood and traced the outline, cut t out with a jig saw. Scuffed it. Spray painted it and applied the decal.. the longest part was waiting for the paint to dry LOL. Nothing special. just something cool to remind us of our old boat...
