Monster Tower 2019 SX 195

Michal, Just checking in. Did You hear from Phillip? I messaged him but havent heard back. I would be hesitant too of I had already drilled. Another guy simply put a 2x2x3 inch aluminum plate under the rear bracket on a sea ray and stated it leveled his nicely. Might be something that would work in your case. Still think yours looks fine.

I did hear back from Philip. This was a one-off custom job that he did, and unfortunately, he doesn't think that his friend had any specs saved. This is what our conversation looked like. I would imagine if you did want something like that done, maybe try and find a local machine shop and show them the pictures we have in this thread? I was thinking about a plate as well. but first I'll get it out on the water a few times first and see how it behaves. If its all good, I'm going to leave it as is.

"I had a family friend mill them for me. He owns a machine shop in the Leland area. I believe we cut them 6” long by 2.5” aluminum rod stock to match the tower diameter. He had the guys drill and tap them for the MTK hardware and gave me two pieces of all thread to attach them to the bottom side of the tower. I spray-painted them myself but they are holding up great."

very staight forward.... if I had the tools. going to check around today. Wonder if we would need the full 6 inches? and if our gunnel is long enough

Michal, finally got some time to install this weekend. Had machine shop make me (2) four inch extensions to help level and get to lean forward more like I saw above. I kept it a 4 because every inch added makes it longer off back when folded. Still can get in my garage. thanks for your help.

That looks awesome! could you take a measurement from the front bracket to the back? I would like to see if the distance really changed.

Here you go.

Also with the extensions, center of tower to far off back of boat to use single jack like you did. Had a 10 ft section of 2" PVC and came up with light weight support to lay on when folded back for support. Using the swim platform drink holders. Had to assure wife that only used when getting ready to put in garage. She was worried I had rigged something that had to stay there:)

Michal, with tower folded back and bimini in cover, does it stick out further than the front tube of the tower. Maybe a side pic.
Does this help you out? let me know if another angle would be better.
